CHEDR is a platform for bringing people together — create a gathering, invite people, and follow who shows up and takes part. Accounts are secured with a one-time code sent to your phone.
What CHEDR does
- Gatherings & offers. Hosts publish events and activities people can join.
- Invitations. Members invite others by sharing an invite link through their own apps (Messages, email, etc.) — CHEDR does not text invitations on a member's behalf.
- Participation. As people take part, their standing and progress are reflected back to them.
CHEDR is in active development. This page is the public home for the service and its messaging, privacy, and terms policies.
SMS messaging program
CHEDR sends account verification codes only — one-time passcodes used to sign up and log in (2FA / OTP). There is no marketing or promotional texting, and CHEDR does not send invitations or any other texts on a member's behalf.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your own mobile number in the CHEDR app and requesting a verification code. Submitting your number is your consent to receive that code by text. We never text a number that someone else provides — you are only texted as a direct result of an action you take.
